This policy explains what information Prelist ("we") collects through prelist.us, how we use it and who we share it with.
Information we collect
- What you give us. When you join the buyer list: your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), the counties, strategies, price range and funding you choose, and any notes.
- Your sign-up record. The date and time, the exact consent wording you saw, the page version, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, kept as a record of what you agreed to.
How we use it
- To send you properties that match what you buy, and to talk with you about them.
- To keep a record of your consent and of any request to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
- Title companies and the parties to a transaction, when you move forward on a deal.
- Service providers that host this site and send our email, only to do that work.
- When the law requires it.
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising, and this site has no advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
